  • David Wright’s Final Game – September 29th, 2018 – Having played just 75 total games the previous three seasons, Wright suits up for the final two games of the 2018 season to say goodbye to the fans of the only team he’s ever played for, the Mets.  Wright spent all 14 MLB seasons in NY, making seven All-Star Games, winning two Gold Glove Awards and two Silver Slugger Awards.

  • The 2015 NL Champs – The Mets faced a powerhouse Kansas City Royals team in the World Series, but what a run it was (LINK MICHAEL CUDDYER STORY HERE), as that team, led by an elite rotation, brought winning baseball back to Queens.  

  • Matt Harvey, Noah Syndergaard, Jacon deGrom, Jeurys Familia, Bartolo Colon and company – what a pitching staff that was! 

  • Johan’s No-No – June 1st, 2012 – Johan Santana throws the first no-hitter in Mets history at Citi Field! It took 134 pitches, but Santana, in front of 27,069 fans, strikes out David Freese to seal the deal! 

  • Wilmer, We’re Trading You!  Wait! No, We’re NOT!July 31st, 2015 – Wilmer Flores becomes an instant fan-favorite when he’s reduced to tears during the game after finding out he’s been traded to Milwaukee, only to find out later that the deal fell through.  Later, he hits a walk-off homer, becoming a Mets legend!
