• The Promotional Giveaways – The Rangers have some creative and high-quality giveaways at GLF, such as Power Rangers Night along with many others.  

• The 2023 World Series Champion Texas Rangers – The Rangers went 60-102 in 2021, then 68-94 in 2022.   Bruce Bochy came to town and wins his 4th World Series in his first season on the Rangers bench. 

• Manager Bruce Bochy – He’s been a manager for 28 years, won four World Series Titles, five pennants and a Manager of the Year award.  And you’d be very hard-pressed to find a current or former player have a bad word to say about him.  Media, too!  He is one of the best to ever grace our game, on the field and off.   

• The 2024 All-Star Game – For the first time ever, Globe Life Field hosted MLB’s All-Star festivities in mid-July.  Boston’s Jarren Duran took home the MVP honors after hitting the decisive two-run homer in the 5th inning off Cincinnati’s Hunter Greene!

• The 2020 World Series – The Rangers weren’t in it, but they hosted the neutral-site 2020 MLB World Series.  The LA Dodgers played the Tampa Bay Rays, and beat them in six games, led by World Series MVP Corey Seager, who would later become a Ranger himself and win a second World Series MVP in 2023 with the…..Rangers! 

• The Dot Race – Created by four-plus decade PA man Chuck Morgan, the Dot Race has been a staple for decades in the 6th inning of Rangers games!

• Anytime the roof is open! 

• The First No-Hitter in Padres Franchise History – April 9th, 2021 – It took until the 53rd season and 8,206th game in San Diego Padres history to get their first no-hitter, but Joe Musgrove, the San Diego kid, was the one to finally do it.  They were the final MLB team without a no-no, and Joe’s 112-pitch gem at Globe Life Field put him in the history books in the Padres 3-0 win.  The lone baserunner for Texas was when Joey Gallo was hit by a pitch!

• A Postgame Drink at Texas Live – Almost directly attached to the left field entrance, the gigantic gathering spot is perfect for an outing with friends and family before, during and after games.  Make sure you walk out to the fountains to see beautiful view of Jerry World, too!
